As the Vice President of Contracts and Acquisition Strategy, Ms. Carter holds a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing all aspects of government contracting to ensure strategic alignment with both existing and future customers and company objectives while in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. This executive position requires extensive expertise in managing the full contract life-cycle, establishing robust processes, and guiding a team of senior contracting professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Ms. Carter brings over 19 years of Government and Civilian contracting experience with a strong foundation in both FAR-based contracting and Other Transaction Agreements. Ms. Carter holds a DAWIIA Level 3 Certification and a DoD Army Acquisition Corps membership. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and she is located in Orlando, FL.
