Scott McCabe serves as Vice President of Capital Solutions at NSTXL, where he leads the organization’s efforts to deliver innovative, financially focused strategies that help customers maximize the impact of their funding and accelerate cash flow to performers. Drawing on a broad array of public- and private-sector experience, Mr. McCabe is deeply committed to eliminating financial barriers to entry for pioneering, non-traditional performers and enabling faster, more effective participation in national security innovation.

Mr. McCabe brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and procurement. Prior to joining NSTXL, he served in the Department of Defense in several senior roles, including Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Procurement) at the Pentagon and Lead Cost/Price Analyst supporting multiple ACAT-level programs. His work has been recognized with the Army Contracting Command Cost/Price Analyst of the Year award.

Mr. McCabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Applied Economics. He lives in Florida with his wife and two children.
