As Vice President of Programs & Strategy, Mike leads NSTXL’s post-award team and drives strategic growth and client expansion efforts. With a strong passion for data, he excels at introducing innovative tools and process improvements for tracking project risks, managing milestones, and enhancing Government-Performer engagements.

Mike brings over 15 years of experience working with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Before joining NSTXL, he led projects for SOCOM, the US Marshals Service, ODNI, and the FBI. He holds an M.S. in Technology, Leadership, and Innovation and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Purdue University. Mike resides in northern Virginia with his wife and two children.
