
Gretchen Clark
Chief Financial Officer
In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Gretchen leads NSTXL’s financial strategy, optimizing scalability and advancing innovation on behalf of the Department of Defense. Mrs. Clark brings over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategic planning.
Gretchen holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Michigan, a B.A. from Stanford University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Her leadership experience spans investment and corporate finance, budgeting, risk assessment, and performance analysis. Notably, she has successfully optimized financial operations, negotiated complex agreements, and implemented data-driven strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
Most recently, as CFO of Miami Waterkeeper, she spearheaded financial planning and budget management by implementing investment strategies that significantly strengthened the organization’s financial health. In prior roles, including as COO/CFO of Source Molecular Corporation, she led financial transformations, enhanced cost structures, and managed post-acquisition integrations—key experiences that will support our organization’s evolving needs.
