No, NSTXL does not add a cost on top of the Performer’s Project invoice or take a percentage of the invoice. NSTXL is paid a management fee by the Government which is a percentage of the total Project Award. This fee does not affect the nominal value of the award ►

Once a performer(s) has been selected based on the evaluation of white papers or solutions by the government, NSTXL will enter into a Performers Agreement with the selected vendor(s).
