Stacey Martin serves as Deputy Director of the Strategic and Spectrum Missions Advanced Resilient Trusted Systems (S²MARTS) OTA at NSTXL, where she leads coordination across government, industry, and consortium stakeholders to shape and execute prototyping efforts that accelerate the delivery of capabilities to the warfighter. She plays a key role in aligning industry solutions with government technical priorities and driving engagement across the S²MARTS ecosystem.

Prior to joining NSTXL, Ms. Martin spent over 21 years supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane programs through SAIC in defense program management roles. Most recently, she served as a Program Manager, leading large, geographically dispersed teams delivering engineering support, operator and maintenance training, and field service support across expeditionary platforms. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, she brings a mission-focused perspective to technical execution, workforce development, and the integration of training, sustainment, and operational support in complex mission environments.
