Laura Collman is the Executive Vice President responsible for Operations, Human Resources, Technology and Security at NSTXL, where she provides strategic operational leadership to the organization. Her role includes managing day-to-day operations, analyzing and improving organization processes, overseeing Human Resource duties, technical support, cybersecurity is the company’s Facility Security Officer (FSO).

Prior to joining NSTXL, Laura worked in various roles in Operations, Technology, Marketing, HR, CRM and Database Management, Membership, Website management, Events and Project Management. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Human Resources Management from George Fox University.
