A Nebraska native now based in Cedar Park, Texas, Jeremy lives with his wife Keren, their son Jacob, daughter Charlotte, and their 200-pound mastiff, Mouse. With more than two decades of experience in HR and People Leadership, Jeremy has partnered with executives across Federal and State agencies, the private sector, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth tech start-ups to align people strategy with business goals. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources with a focus on Leadership Development, along with a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
As a strategic People Leader, Jeremy is recognized for challenging the status quo and shaping environments where individuals and organizations can thrive. Beyond work, he enjoys traveling, scuba diving, trying out local restaurants, and expanding his bourbon palate.
