In an effort to support rapidly expanding space launch missions at Vandenberg Space Force Base, Space Launch Delta 30 must overcome infrastructure limitations that constrain future operational cadence. To address these capability gaps, the Government desires an installation and utility Master Plan from the commercial sector that significantly exceeds traditional Area Development Plans (ADPs).
