This Industry Day will focus on the first phase of the SLCM-N program for Prototype concept designs utilizing the OT authority. This event is open to all industries including start-ups, small business, academia, and other large companies.

During this two-day event, the SLCM-N program team will:

  • Share detailed information about the SLCM-N opportunity.
  • Answer questions and directly engage with attendees.
  • Facilitate networking and teaming opportunities with organizations that complement your capabilities.

Please be aware that the event will be held at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level. Prior to entering the event space, attendees must present a valid form of identification to verify citizenship.

This S²MARTS announcement is intended to conduct market research to identify the interest and resources to support the Nuclear-Armed Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) development program. The SLCM-N program has been established to provide a theater nuclear system capable of providing a proportional response, be survivable, and fielded on regionally present platforms. The system will provide the necessary range and effectiveness to hold critical adversary targets at risk. The Navy is developing and procuring a nuclear-armed SLCM-N capability that leverages mature technologies, existing capabilities, and new techniques and approaches to reduce development time and help ensure cost effectiveness.

The Navy would like Industry perspective on either weapon system integration, cruise missile prototype development, or cruise missile subsystems. This RNI is intended to understand industry capability to expediently develop a prototype and integrate an All Up Round (AUR).
