RNI – Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) Rapid Solutions Model

S²MARTS REQUEST FOR NETWORK INSIGHT

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), is interested in possibly pursuing EMSO Rapid Solutions Model for use in Electromagnetic Warfare and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations efforts, to include both traditional and non-traditional applications.

NSWC Crane Spectrum Warfare Department is seeking information regarding the future process development, technical support, and delivery of an EMSO Rapid Solutions Model aimed at delivering Electromagnetic Spectrum Non-Kinetic and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) solutions to address warfighting needs.
