COMING SOON NOTICE

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane and Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E) are seeking prototype solutions for Electronic Warfare (EW) and seeker framework for Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Payloads for technical evaluations.

Currently, there is no demonstrated EW and seeker payload framework that allows vendors to bring their capabilities for technical evaluation and integration onto unmanned platforms, making it difficult to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of various EW solutions. In addition, the project will address technical integration challenges, lack of standardization, insufficient testing and evaluation, inadequate transition path, operational effectiveness and limited innovation.

The Prototype Development of the PROTEAN Other Transaction Authority (OTA) project period of performance will be defined when the Request For Solutions is released and by the performer’s proposed schedule.
