COMING SOON NOTICE

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane is seeking prototype solutions for a new design of Power Dividers for the EA-18G aircraft. These power dividers must meet Source Controlled Documents, and associated testing requirements which will be provided when the Request For Solutions is released. The power dividers are currently utilized in the Wing Tip Pod of the AN/ALQ-218(V)2 Tactical Jamming Receiver System (TJRS), which is installed on the EA-18G Growler Aircraft and will also be utilized in the AN/ALQ-218(V)3 &(V)4. If accepted by the Government, the prototype solution will be produced and utilized in the operational system.

The Prototype Development of the Power Dividers Other Transaction Authority (OTA) project period of performance will be defined by the performer’s proposed schedule.

To view the full Coming Soon notice, please fill out the Request form to See Documents on the right side of the page.

S²MARTS REQUEST FOR NETWORK INSIGHT

To submit on this Request for Network Insight, please email your submission to S2MARTS@nstxl.org. Within the subject line, include the name of the RNI: RNI Submission - POWER DIVIDERS.

This S2MARTS announcement, through the NSTXL Innovation Network, is intended to survey U.S. companies that have the capability and experience to provide prototype power dividers. The objective is to gather information from U.S. companies that are willing to develop prototype power dividers that meet the requirements of Source Control Drawing (SCD) 991416 (for parts 991416-1 & 991416-5), its classified addendum, and subject to the following testing: Acceptance, Qualification, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Reliability, and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS).

The EA-18G Growler Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Fleet Support Team (FST), located at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division (WXS), is interested in possibly pursuing new efforts to prototype two (2) unique power dividers that meet the SCD 991416 requirements (for parts 991416-1 & 991416-5) and associated testing requirements. These two (2) unique power dividers are currently utilized in the Wing Tip Pod of the AN/ALQ-218(V)2 Tactical Jamming Receiver System (TJRS), which is installed on the EA-18G Growler Aircraft, and will also be utilized in the AN/ALQ-218(V)3 &(V)4. These two (2) unique power dividers have been produced in the past, but the past vendor is no longer a viable option moving forward, which thus requires the development of prototype power dividers.
