On 29 November 2018, in accordance with 10 U.S.C § 2371b, an Other Transaction Agreement has been awarded under the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) for the Naval Operational Business Logistics Enterprise (NOBLE) Prototype Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS). One Award was made for this Prototype Project Pilot 1.
