Securing the Future: NSTXL Appoints Scott Bukofsky as Senior Vice President, Microelectronics

With this in mind, NSTXL is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Bukofsky as Senior Vice President, Microelectronics. Scott is a strategic executive with deep expertise in defense, semiconductor, and national security sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Yale University. Throughout his career, Scott has successfully led multi-billion-dollar R&D investments and managed large portfolios to advance U.S. technological leadership and domestic semiconductor resilience.

In this role, Scott will unite the commercial semiconductor industry and government to identify technical trends vital to national security and leverage NSTXL’s collaborative platform to accelerate their introduction into key systems. Alongside these initiatives, he will streamline program infrastructure and serve as a trusted technical advisor to the government. His appointment reflects NSTXL’s continued focus on driving rapid innovation in critical defense technologies and delivering outcomes that matter.
