Introducing Our New CFO: Jessica Traw

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Jessica Traw as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. 

Jessica was brought on as NSTXL’s Financial Controller in 2023 and has more than 15 years of experience leading accounting and finance teams. During her career, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives to modernize accounting processes and software to steer organizations toward sustainable growth.  

Since joining our team, Jessica has led with a steadfast commitment to transparency and accessibility, fostering collaboration and empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions. In her new role as CFO, Jessica will focus on building a scalable infrastructure that aligns seamlessly with our company’s vision and goals while ensuring compliance.

Jessica is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University. She has been named Young Professional of the Year by her local Chamber of Commerce and a Rising Star by the Texas Society of CPAs. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jessica and her husband are raising three daughters in the heart of Texas, further reflecting her dedication to family and community.
