Success Story
Urgent Threat Response: Resilient GPS (R-GPS)

Utilizing Quick Start, the R-GPS team successfully earned Deputy Secretary of Defense approval, conducted market research, hosted an industry day, released a solicitation, and awarded initial contracts in under six months, far faster than traditional space programs that sometimes require up to three years. A mix of traditional and non-traditional defense space companies were selected for this initial award.

Success Story
Enterprise Space Terminal (EST)

EST aims to enable on-orbit crosslink compatibility among future space systems via a standardized enterprise waveform in a long-range space optical communications terminal that is low size, weight, power, and cost (SWaP-C). ESTs are a key building block of the broader space data network known as MILNET, which will build a space mesh network for resiliency and information path diversity.
