If you have any questions regarding the RFS, you can submit them until 02 June 2025 at 12:00 PM ET, and the final solutions are due by 03 July 2025 at 12:00 PM ET.

DRAFT REQUEST FOR SOLUTIONS

The Government has released a draft Request for Solution (RFS) for the SLCM-N opportunity.

This is a departure and tailored approach from the standard RNI/RFS process. Specifically, this pre-step is a Request for Completion of the Attachment 1 (Capabilities Requirement Qualifications) by the deadline. Attachment 2 (SLCM-N RFS Draft) is provided for reference only to aid in the preparation of your organization’s capability statement and may require further updates. Please be advised that a Request for Solutions is not being solicited at this time.

Access to the technical library will be required in order to submit a Phase 1 proposal, and eligibility will be determined based on U.S. Government’s (USG) evaluation of respondent’s capability statements. Please reference Attachment 1 (Capability Requirement Qualifications).

INDUSTRY DAY

The SLCM-N Industry Day was held on April 24th - 25th at the WestGate Academy in Odon, IN.

This Industry Day focused on the first phase of the SLCM-N program for Prototype concept designs utilizing the OT authority. This event was open to all industries including start-ups, small business, academia, and other large companies.

During this two-day event, the SLCM-N program team:

• Shared detailed information about the SLCM-N opportunity.
• Answered questions and directly engage with attendees.
• Facilitated networking and teaming opportunities with organizations that complement your capabilities.
