To locate your POC for your account, you can locate the “Company Roster” page on the Member Dashboard and find the person with the black checkmark ►

Your Company Roster on the Member Dashboard includes all employees who have access to your NSTXL membership. Only your company’s Point of Contact (POC) can add or remove users. 

To add a user, log into your Member Portal, go to the Company Roster, click Add New ►

To update the Point of Contact (POC) for your company account, please email our team at membership@nstxl.org with the following information for the new POC:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Job Title
• Company Name

Your membership will not auto renew. The point of contact for your company account will receive renewal email notifications before your membership expires. They can renew by using the link in those emails and completing the renewal application and payment.
