Microelectronics Commons Annual Meeting Postponement Information
Due to the ongoing government shutdown, the Commons Annual Meeting will be postponed to
February 18-19, 2026 at the same venue, The JW Marriott, Washington, D.C.
A Message from Our Government Partners
This postponement presents a unique opportunity and while we are disappointed not to convene as planned, this pause allows us to refine our agenda, expand our outreach, and ensure that the rescheduled meeting will deliver more impact. In the interim, we will use this time to more strategically align our efforts and sharpen our focus on the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E))’s critical technology priorities.

Registration
Your registration has been automatically updated for the new event date on February 18-19, 2026 at no additional charge. If you’re unable to attend the new dates, please transfer your registration or cancel and request a refund.
Refund or Transfer
To transfer your registration to a colleague, please email us at events@nstxl.org. To cancel your registration and request a refund, please follow the instructions below.
Room Block
If you booked a room using the Commons room block, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. A new booking link will be available shortly. If you booked a room outside of the room block (company rate, using points, etc.), please contact the third-party site where you made your booking.
Cancel Registration:
- Go to the Microelectronics Commons Annual event.
- Click the “Already Registered?” link in the top right-hand corner.
- Login using the email that you registered with and your confirmation number. If you do not have your confirmation number, please contact events@nstxl.org for assistance.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel Registration” button. Review and confirm that your information is listed in the fields. Include a comment on why you can’t attend and click “Submit”.
- For all registrations that were associated with a fee, please make sure that the refund total is accurate.
