Brooke Pyne

In her role as Vice President of Consortium Management, Brooke works with government, industry, academia, and OT Directors to foster collaborative processes, leverage innovative strategic partnerships, plus identify, and implement best practices for NSTXL, a rapid acquisition consortium manager. Brooke joined NSTXL after a distinguished seventeen-year civil service career with the DoD. Brooke’s expansive knowledge of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR/STTR) program, Federal Technology Transfer (T2), federal lab network, and Other Transaction (OT) infrastructure provides a unique opportunity to leverage a suite of innovation enablers that rapidly address warfighter needs. Brooke is a nationally recognized expert in public private partnerships and technology transfer (T2). Brooke is a recipient of the 2018 DoD George Lindsteadt National Award for T2 Excellence and a National SBIR Tibbetts Awardee. Brooke’s previous role at NSTXL encompassed building a highly successful OT environment that innovated, prototyped, transitioned, and delivered game changing technology and prototypes to the warfighter. Throughout this role, S2MARTS obligated over $730M in its first 30 months of execution. Brooke has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan, a certification in Professional Management from Indiana University Kelly School of Business, and a master’s certification in Public Management from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).
