Problem: Our Navy client understood the importance of alignment between the prototype vendors, technical teams, and user teams but was unsure how to bring these groups together to facilitate prototype success and acceptance.
Solution: NSTXL conducted an in-depth User Sprint that included 85 vendors, Navy leaders, and end users. The Sprint developed user personas, identified pain points, and focused efforts on key technology lines.
Outcome/Metrics: This User Sprint was critical to crystallizing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) vision for the Navy, as well as designing multiple Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts in preparation for technical sprint execution. Lines of effort were developed for 19 critical areas, including current and emerging technology, security and risk, and User Experience (UX).
