NSTXL Success: Exceeding Navy Expectations with More Non-Traditional Bids

NSTXL Success is an ongoing series of stories that highlight some of the innovative work that we’ve done with our valued government clients, members, and partners.

Problem: When NAVSEA released their RFS for Naval Operational Business Logistics Enterprise (NOBLE), they were expecting fewer than 10 submissions.

Solution: Through NSTXL’s technology prospecting and teaming capabilities, including industry-leading marketing and outreach techniques, we were able to deliver 31 teamed submissions encompassing over 121 capabilities.

Outcome/Metrics: Of the 31 respondents, 23 of whom were led by non traditionals, the Navy selected four performers for the overarching project, which each entailed varying terms and milestones. NSTXL executed Performer Agreements with each awarded performer and is overseeing all statements of work. In addition, NAVSEA had requested multiple future Design Sprints from NSTXL in order to further shape their requirements. All current projects are operating without issue, and multiple future NOBLE-related efforts have been planned for release.
