June 24, 2020 l 11 AM PDT/ 2 PM EDT
This session is an overview of the entire lifecycle of a prototype project. We will walk you through each phase of the process from the ‘Coming Soon’ announcement through to project award. We will highlight what each step means for the consortium manager, the government contracting office, and the requesting government program office (aka the acquiring activity). The goal of this session is to educate our industry members on the overarching process to better understand what each step means for all parties involved.
July 15, 2020 l 11 AM PDT/ 2 PM EDT
NSTXL will walk members through each section of the RFS to discuss how the government customer determines what approach to take, what information the government will require, and how prospective vendors can best respond.
August 5, 2020 l 11 AM PDT/ 2 PM EDT
From Statement of Work (SOW) and milestone collaboration to milestone execution and payment, this section will discuss what selected vendors should anticipate once they become project performers. Whether you are a non-traditional company with little to no track record working with the government or just new to execution under a prototype OTA construct, this session will help you better understand some of the expectations and processes that are typical for post-award management.
