Delivering Rapid Innovation to the Warfighter: The NSTXL Way!
NSTXL is pioneering new ways for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to rapidly innovate in support of the Warfighter. Our approach and established infrastructure allow defense innovation to advance from concept to contract within as little as 90 days, versus the typical 18-to-24-month time horizon, through other transaction authorities (OTA), expansive outreach to nontraditional innovators, and human-centered design services for end-users. The NSTXL-driven OTA infrastructure, known as TReX and S2MARTS, creates and fosters an environment rich in innovative solutions that address current and future needs and requirements of the DoD.
On November 4-5, 2019, government leaders of the Strategic and Spectrum Missions Advanced Resilient Trusted Systems (S2MARTS) and NSTXL leaders will discuss with the Hawaii Technology and Innovation Community significant upcoming contracting opportunities, Hawaii innovators who have successfully secured OTA funding and will be available for direct One-On-Ones.
The S2MARTS OTA is refining strategies, innovation management and planning activities, and is implementing integrated, complementary solutions enabling broader DoD access to commercial state-of-the-art EMS technologies, advanced microelectronics, radiation-hardened (RAD-HARD), and strategic missions hardware. The Training and Readiness Acceleration (TReX) OTA serves the Modeling, Simulation, Training and Readiness Community by producing game-changing technological advancements in cyber, simulated training environments, weapons optimization, and critical instrumentation efforts.
Our team of innovators, entrepreneurs, former military operators and former defense contractors collaborate with leading-edge innovators to deliver the ideal solution for the Warfighter. By accelerating the contracting cycle and leveraging our open-source network built upon the S2MARTS and TReX OTA, NSTXL delivers technology at the speed of mission.
